Sometimes, if you change your password or if there are issues signing into the VPN you will be needed to clear your sign-in info. The instructions below will show you how to do this.
- In Windows click Start and select Settings.
- Select Network & internet.
- Select VPN, the third item down.
- Click on Labour Staff VPN and then Advanced options.
- Under Clear sign-in info, click Clear.
The next time you sign in, you will be prompted to provide your username and password again.
